With a specialization in Fashion Big Data IT architecture in his PHD at the University of Manchester, Cao Kuo played a key role in the Textile Industry Chain Big Data Platform EU Horizon2020 project in the construction of the B2B and B2C fashion big data platforms and cloud interfaces. Cao Kuo is the founder and CEO of Golden Data limited, and a TOGAF certified enterprise-level architect in the UK. His team has cooperated with the University of Manchester to start the research and development of the electronic Personalized Health smart temperature pad which attained the UK National Innovation Fund award. He is the former Barclays Bank Technology Centre executive and head of the middleware software development team. Cao Kuo is a certified IBM global operation system expert with experiences as a technical representative at the IBM’s Beijing Research institute. He has led the Chinese team, the IBM team of the United States, and the European Meteorological Centre experts to jointly establish the Beijing Meteorological Centre's Olympic weather forecast system, as well as participated in the Lehman Brothers big data centre data integration project that won the CTO award of the year.
